Window shutters are a great alternative to the basic blind when adding window treatments to your bedroom. Plantation shutters cover the whole window and can be opened and closed to let light in or provide privacy. These shutters look beautiful in a bedroom with a country look or a bedroom with a cottage look. Cafe shutters are window treatments that cover only the bottom half of the window and swing open to let light in. Café Shutters are great for the beach or cottage look but allow for less privacy.
